THE ROLE:

As a Wellness Partner at Ojas, your mission will be to provide exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere for our clients. You will be responsible for recommending and selling memberships, gift cards and retail products to clients and meeting monthly sales goals. At Ojas we want to create the most memorable experience possible, which begins and ends with our amazing team of Wellness Partners.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Passionately present and sell memberships to all new clients.
• Passionately identify opportunities to present and sell gift cards, additional services, and retail.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting clients with a big smile, checking them in/out, booking phone appointments, building relationships, and ensuring accuracy and comfort.
• Open and close the wellness center.
• Schedule new and returning appointments in person and over the phone.
• Be knowledgeable about our services, descriptions and prices.
• Assist in all projects delegated by management.
• Complete daily administrative duties to keep wellness center running smoothly.
• Complete daily cleaning duties such to keep wellness center inviting and comfortable.

A FULL TIME WELLNESS PARTNER’S SCHEDULE:

A full time Wellness Partner works a 40 hour work week (5 days). We expect all full time employees to be available to open and close, at a minimum, twice per week. Everyone must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• One year of exceptional customer service and sales performance in the Spa, Retail or Restaurant Industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).'
