JobDuties:
- Show hospitality to all visitors and clients and assist them accordingly
- Make a meaningful connection with our clients and ensure they have a positive experience while in our office
- Assist with room scheduling calendars
- Maintain organized reception area and therapy rooms and assist with cleaning of surfaces and toys
- Provide administrative support
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and operations
- Assist in all other related duties when necessary
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and one year experience in an administrative position
- Experience working with children
- Familiarity with foster care or social services is helpful but not required
- Must be highly organized, can multi-task and work at a high pace while prioritizing accordingly
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to learn new computer programs or databases without major oversight
- Excellent customer service and public relations skills
- Excellent communication skills with parents and children
- Must successfully complete initial drug screening
- Must successfully complete annual background screening
