Job Description
Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) - Mission Technologies is currently hiring for a part-time receptionist to work at Wright Patterson AFB. The part-time individual will work 12:30 to 5 Monday - Friday. This position will require the candidate to cover the front desk, check in visitors, check/submit clearances in DISS and answer and route incoming phone calls. Additional duties will include various administrative tasks and support.

Job Description
Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) - Mission Technologies is currently hiring for a part-time receptionist to work at Wright Patterson AFB. Essential Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and assist them in processing through the visitor identification and badging process according to standard operating procedures.
- Work with visitor sponsors/coordinators to prepare visitor badges and other actions as required to provide superior customer service.
- Should have excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Protect and control Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with local procedures.
- Send, receive and verify personnel security clearances via DISS.
- Perform random security inspections and enforce local policy regarding introductions of prohibited items in to the facility.
- Receive and disseminate incoming mail and sign for packages
- Monitoring personnel entering the facility to ensure they are authorized and display proper identification. Accomplish required annual training and maintain certificates, as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain/maintain a minimum of a SECRET Government Security Clearance and advanced security checks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Must have a professional attitude and appearance.
