Receptionist

```Overview:```
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong multitasking abilities.

```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events, including planning logistics and arranging catering
- Provide general administrative support to staff as required

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
