Job Description
Title: Senior Technical Analyst
Duration: Temp – Contract
Description: The Senior Technical Analyst collaborates with customers to create requirements specifications, establish test plans, and define test data patterns. Serves as a trusted advisor during Product functionality and API exploration sessions. Makes business process implementation recommendations as well as coordinates delivery.
What You Will Do:

• Lead definition of interfaces and processes
• Conduct work-breakdown of tasks
• Conduct detailed designs
• Complete test data creation and functional testing tasks
• Perform peer reviews of features
• Assist in release management and bug triaging
• Execute configuration migration process and other readiness technical task
• Effectuate data loads for UAT readiness and during UAT as requested by the UAT plan
• Support resolution of UAT identified issues and their triage
• Smoke testing
• Leads completion of the Implementation Operational Information and (for Support team) and companion spreadsheet for feeds
• Contributes authoring the Implementation Operational Information and (for Support team) and companion spreadsheet for feeds
• Performs configuration migration process and other PROD readiness technical task.
• Performs data loads for PROD readiness
• Perform all job functions consistent with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII

• Experience testing complex interfaces with tools like SoapUI
• Strong knowledge of customer, Payor industry business practices, and value offerings
• Working knowledge of the HIPAA EDI frameworks
• Experience working on projects using Scrum and other agile processes
• Hands on experience using databased and scripting languages
• Excellent analysis, consulting, and communication skills
• Experience in customer facing role on professional services engagements

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in the health insurance industry
• 5+ years of experience with requirements gathering and analysis for enterprise applications, preferably in health insurance
• Previous experience with system conversion related projects and enterprise integration tools
• Experience working on the Linux operating system.
• Experience in client discovery, requirements gathering, facilitating client sessions, triaging of implementation issues, and testing complex interfaces.
• Experience working with complex data analysis and data migrations, including source to target data mapping, transformation, transport, and results reconciliation.
• Previous experience with PowerSTEPP preferred
