Form of workFull-time Receptionist needed in our St. Clairsville and Martins Ferry offices. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting the customers we serve, scheduling and cancelling appointments utilizing the practice management system and making any necessary additions or changes.
This person is also responsible for screening individuals and calls, directing them to the appropriate source, and receiving/sorting/distributing incoming faxes. The receptionist also answers incoming calls, checks voicemails, and returns calls. Schedule:Monday-Thursday, 8:30-5:00 (mix between our St.
