Receptionist For A Dog Boarding Facility

Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office manager, including running errands and completing tasks as assigned
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe notes and dictation as needed
- Coordinate projects with other departments as necessary
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Experience in event planning and coordination preferred
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or working with animals is a plus
- Excellent proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe notes accurately and efficiently
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with general clerical duties such as filing and data entry
- Comfortable working in an office environment
