We're looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to join our fast-paced reception team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills plus the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented and have a strong organizational aptitude, and should be committed to driving positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them.
• Gather information and make appointments for guests.
• Answer the phone and take messages.
• Answer questions about the operation of the organization.
• Disseminate information to guests and other employees by answering phones, posting on an intranet, or sending e-mails.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
