We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and customer service skills. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the Front Desk, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent patient care. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and update as necessary
- Assist with billing and coding tasks
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized

- Strong knowledge of Front Desk operations and phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
