Coastline Development, Inc. is a General Contractor based in Southern California that specializes in Commercial Construction. Coastline has been in business for over 35 years and consistently provides top quality service to our clients. We are currently looking for a dependable receptionist with great organizational and interpersonal skills.
Duties:
-Filing
-Reading and answering e-mails
-Answering phones
-Maintain office supplies (Printer supplies, paper, t-shirts, kitchen supplies, etc.)
-Send signed contracts and change orders to Subcontractors
-Send outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail to the correct personnel
-Maintain signed safety sheets
-Take lunch orders
-Assist accountant and other office personnel as needed
-Miscellaneous back filing and other duties as they arise
Requirements:
-Must be organized
-Must be able to multitask
-Must have good verbal and written communication skills
-Must have some knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.)
-Must be familiar with creating and editing Adobe PDFs
-Must have excellent time management skills
