Job Title: Summer Camp Counselor
Become part of the American Collegiate Adventures (ACA) summer team! ACA is a summer pre-college enrichment program for high school and middle school students. Staff members must be dedicated, responsible and flexible individuals who enjoy working hard in a high-energy environment. Staff members receive invaluable training and experience in leadership and mentoring.

Destinations Include:
Barcelona, Spain June 25 – July 24
Ideal candidates have endless energy, charisma and integrity. The staff stay on-campus with the students and escort them to classes, activities, and weekend excursions during our residential programs.
ACA Staff Responsibilities:
o Maintaining a safe, warm, supportive and fun environment for all students
o Advising and mentoring students
o Developing, facilitating and participating in activities
o Living with and supervising students in residence halls / hotels
o Accompanying students around campuses, cities and on weekend trips
ACA Staff Eligibility:
o Staff who are interested in international programs MUST be fluent in the local language and English.
o Applicants must be college graduates and at least 21 years old by June 29, 2024.
o Applicants must have past experience working with high school students.
o Compensation includes room, board, transportation and a competitive stipend based on program and experience.
