Renewal of Greater NYC is a fast-paced specialty cleaning and restoration company in North Jersey. Our unique company helps thousands of families recover from the devastating effects of catastrophes such as fire, water, and mold damage. We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning all of their textiles and electronics.
The Position: We’re looking for a Receptionist who is versatile, confident, and willing to learn.
Skills:

▪ Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities include:
▪ First on phones, take new losses and speak to homeowners
▪ Handling and redirecting all incoming calls with a friendly can-do attitude
▪ Firm up appointments and or take updates from homeowners and do daily follow-ups
▪ Ensuring we have all documents signed by our customers in real-time so everything is in order for the insurance company
▪ Have basic knowledge of how to scan documents, print, and use a computer and basic Microsoft Office
▪ Be on call for phone coverage 2 evenings during the week and rotating schedule for coverage on weekends (A stipend will be provided for compensation outside of your regular hourly wage)
▪ Phone etiquette is a must
▪ Greet anyone who walks through the front door with a warm welcome
Schedule:
▪ 8-hour shift with ½ hour lunch break, but during busy season you may need to work longer than 8 hours if needed.
▪ Monday – Friday (9 am – 5:30 pm)
▪ Weekends when it’s your weekend to cover phones
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
