Job Description
We are seeking a Receiving Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive shipments.
- Handle and scan all necessary paperwork upon shipment receipt.
- Unload material from incoming shipments.
- Inspect all the contents for damage and volume.
- Update all notes in ERP system.
- Keep records and help with inventory control.
- Ensure all received items get to their destinations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a line of communication with Sales team / Shipping Manager.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
- Match incoming pack lists to travelers before moving parts to Quality Control.
- Monitor and fill out paperwork for parts going to Vendors.
- Make deliveries in van or box truck, as needed.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Be able to lift excess of 75lbs.
