Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a Receiving Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments.
• Handle and scan all necessary paperwork upon shipment receipt.
• Unload material from incoming shipments.
• Inspect all the contents for damage and volume.
• Update all notes in ERP system. 
• Keep records and help with inventory control.
• Ensure all received items get to their destinations in a timely manner.
• Maintain a line of communication with Sales team / Shipping Manager.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Match incoming pack lists to travelers before moving parts to Quality Control.
• Monitor and fill out paperwork for parts going to Vendors.
• Make deliveries in van or box truck, as needed.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Be able to lift excess of 75lbs.
