SUMMARY
Data entry. Run and process reports (green bar). Print labels. Sort reports, labels, BOL and packing list into packets. Reconcile paperwork (detailer information against packing list). System verification (check information against P.O. in system.
SCOPE
Assist in processing and receipt of all inbound articles. Coordinate with Receiving support team and operations to ensure all inbound receipts are accurately recorded in warehouse management system (EXE). Assist in receiving clerical process with an article count above 38,000.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry to include logging information and also filing
- Run and process reports (green bar) to include printing labels
- Sort reports, labels, bill of lading and packing list into packets
- Reconcile paperwork ASN, packing list and detailer information
- System verification (check information against P.O. in system)
- Find locations for articles in the DC
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel
- Must be able to work independently
- Prepare reports, documentation, and other written information thoroughly and completely.
- Recognize symptoms that indicate problems, Take immediate action to resolve issues or problems when they arise.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to walk up to 10 hours a day on concrete floor
- Ability to climb stairs in multi-story structures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Education Minimum: High school diploma or GED
- Experience Minimum: 1-2 years of receiving experience
- Experience Preferred: 3-5 years of receiving experience in a high volume distribution center environment
