Title: Receiving and Inventory Coordinator
Reports To: Inventory and Planning Manager
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm-11:00pm and Friday: 10:00am-6:00pm
_ Rowmark _proudly manufactures, markets and distributes a wide array of innovative and quality products for our customers primarily in the awards, recognition and signage markets. Our extensive product line of sheet materials are distributed in over 80 countries around the world.
As a Receiving and Inventory Coordinator, you will help to coordinate and maintain the cycle counting program and Inventory control measures to ensure high-level inventory accuracy. You will also assist and support all operational functions (sales, purchasing, scheduling) in meeting goals throughout the year.
Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Daily cycle counting in finished goods. Forward counts to Inventory & Planning Manager or Shipping & Receiving Coord.
· Maintain monthly cycle counting schedule of foils, masking, sappi, korad, reflective and 1REC. Forward to Inventory and Planning Manager. Re-check as directed.
· Inventory shipping supplies on a weekly basis and distribute counts.
· Order black and yellow skids as needed from blanket PO via email to skid vendors.
· Receive masking and turn in paperwork into QC and accounting on a prompt basis.
· Receive foils, skids and mylars and turn in paperwork to QC and accounting on a prompt basis.
· Receive resale sheets, spectrum products ensuring quantity is correct to packing lists.
· Receive concentrates and turn in paperwork to QC and accounting on a prompt basis. Ensure quantity accuracy.
· Receive in S2K miscellaneous products from extrusion and maintenance as needed. Packing list forwarded to accounting.
· Manage scrap skid trailer with skid vendor at the dock. Calls vendor to pick up.
· Manage pickups of recyclable trailer at the dock. Call vendor to pick up.
· Occasionally ship packages in Star Ship.
· Ensure lifts are being charged properly on Friday nights.
· Troubleshoot damaged incoming freight issues, take pictures as needed and work closely with others to determine cause.
· Complete and present reports as necessary or as requested through email or voice.
· Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· Associate degree or higher is preferred, but not required.
· Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn customized software and products quickly.
· Excellent customer service skills using the telephone and email with courteous and customer-oriented etiquette. Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with vendors and team members.
· Scheduling or planning experience.
· Team-oriented customer service spirit with a passion to learn in a fast-paced, goal/deadline-driven atmosphere.
