Compensation:$75,000-125,000
Responsibilities:- Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts
- Conduct property tours for potential buyers and assist them in finding their dream home
- Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transactions from contract to close
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and local regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives
- Active Real Estate license in California
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions
- Proven track record of success in Real Estate Sales preferred
