- Evening shift to meet your scheduling needs - 11:pm-7:00am
- Competitive pay rate based on experience: $57.64 hourly

What you'll be doing:
- Advocating for patients' well-being
- Overseeing and delegating tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and support staff
- Documenting health assessments and care plans
- Coordinating with the care team
- Educating patients and staff
- Initiating and evaluating treatments as per physician orders
- Administering medications.
What we are looking for:
- Associate's degree with a valid NYS RN license and necessary certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in long-term care.
- CPR certification.
- Proficient in infection control practices, including flu and COVID protocols.
- Computer literate (EHR/Microsoft Office).
- Experience in palliative or hospice care is preferred.
