Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify new sales opportunities.
• Adhere to prescribed scripts to effectively communicate the team's value proposition and address customer objections with professionalism and integrity.
• Utilize various communication methods, such as outbound calls and emails, to keep clients informed about their buying and selling progress and ensure their satisfaction.
• Evaluate and assess customer information to efficiently move them through the sales pipeline.
• Meet productivity requirements and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• A self-driven individual, who is motivated to succeed in sales and life.
• Possesses excellent relationship-building skills which enable them to uncover client needs and identify new sales opportunities.
• An articulate and well-spoken person who can effectively communicate.
• A highly organized professional who can manage their time efficiently.
• Proficient in or able to quickly learn Real Estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
