Is looking for a Property Manager. MUST have proven experience of at least 5 years in Real Estate, specifically in building apartment management in NYC, proven knowledge of Quickbooks, and a Bachelor’s degree.
Only experienced candidates will be answered.
4 days a week In-Office position. Office located in Midtown East. Starting immediately. In-Person position ONLY.
Job skills include:
- Preparing leases and board application
- Efficient contact with tenants, building supervisors, and apartment management
- Listing and renting properties for sale and rent
- Must be familiar with rent collection via ACH
- Preparing accounting reports
- Dealing with vendors and tenants
- Communication skills with financial institutions and Property Managers
- Work directly with property owner
- Multitasking
- Detail Oriented *must

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
