Property Manager

```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Handle lease agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms with prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and other financial transactions using property management software.
- Monitor market trends and conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates and attract qualified tenants.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote vacancies and attract potential tenants.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing property management.
- Proficiency in using property management software (e.g., Appfolio) for tasks such as tenant screening, lease management, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective tenant communication and negotiation.
- Experience in conflict management and problem-solving to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance practices.
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
