PROJECT MANAGER - Property Management/Real Estate
Remote with regular travel to or extended stays in Greece.

Job Duties:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the execution of real estate projects, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between the remote team and the Athens office, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with financial teams to develop and manage project budgets.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and key developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Greek is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Greece as required (approximately 50% -70% of the time).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
