Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. $55,000 - $65,000 yearly + compensation opportunities & benefits
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main contact for high-level executive
- Make sure basic bookkeeping duties are completed in a timely manner
- Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
- Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
- Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
- Schedule & Prepare Team Leader's Appts
- Communicate with Team Leader's Customers
- Manage Team Leader's Database
- Prepare CMA's & Contracts
- Special Projects as Assigned
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
- At least 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Must have experience in Google Workspace
- Technology Savvy
- CRM/CMA Experience a plus
- Real Estate experience is a BIG plus!
