Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

A Day in the Life
Your primary role is to serve as the “go-to” for Kelly. When problems arise, you will quickly identify and rectify them accordingly. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for providing executive and personal support to Kelly, managing contracts (listing, sales, lease), coordinating listing activities, scheduling inspections, transaction coordination, and client follow-up.

Your warm, welcoming attitude will allow you to greet clients and manage the office with ease. This is a multi-dimensional role for someone who has an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a take-charge attitude. On any given day, you’ll be expected to liaise with title, escrow, lenders, and the client. From scheduling photography and staging to providing clients with agent feedback and assisting Kelly with her philanthropic goals, you’ll have your hands in every part of the business. You will act as the key contact for clients and will provide them with notoriously impeccable service – time and time again.

Candidates with prior Real Estate experience as a Listing Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, Operations and/or similar role are encouraged to apply. Applicants seeking a position as a stepping-stone into sales—this is not the job for you.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience within the Real Estate industry
  • Understanding of Florida Real Estate contracts (listing, sales, lease)
  • Transaction management experience preferred
  • Real Estate License preferred but not required
