Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Real Estate agent or broker with a minimum of three years of continuous professional Real Estate experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers of diverse backgrounds
- Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
