As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated andexperienced individual able to work a flexible, overnight schedule, filling therole of Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate. In addition to excellentcustomer service skills, a background in the hotel or hospitality industry isnecessary for success.

Responsibilities:
Conduct the daily audit and reconciliation ofall financial transactions, including guest folios, cash handling, credit cardtransactions, and accounts receivable.
Verify the accuracy of guest accounts,charges, and credits, and rectify any discrepancies promptly.
Generate detailed reports summarizing thehotel's financial activity during the night shift.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, andcomplaints, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issuespromptly and professionally.
Assist with the check-in and check-out processfor late-night arrivals and early departures.
Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoringsurveillance cameras, performing security checks, and following establishedprocedures.
Collaborate with other hotel departments, suchas housekeeping and maintenance, to address any operational needs during thenight shift.
Maintain accurate records and documentation ofall activities during the shift.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work overnight shifts and flexibleschedule.
Experience in a similar role, preferably inthe hotel industry.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills,with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
Excellent attention to detail andorganizational abilities.
Proficient computer skills, includingexperience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and accountingsoftware.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonalskills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmlyand efficiently.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability towork independently during overnight shifts.
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, witha track record of consistently meeting work schedules and deadlines.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct,maintaining confidentiality, and handling financial transactions with honestyand discretion.
Strong team player, capable of collaboratingeffectively with colleagues from different departments to achieve common goals.
