Real Estate Assistant / Buyer's Agent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Assistant/Agent to join our team. Having a license or being very close to having your license is strongly preferred, as we have a surplus of leads that need to be attended to. The role will be a hybrid agent/assistant with $16 hour shifts available, but more valuably receiving high-quality Real Estate leads to build your business pipeline.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful Real Estate transaction.

Duties:

- Taking leads and follow up with leads
- Assist clients in buying and selling
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create listings and market properties through various advertising channels
- Show properties to potential buyers and provide detailed information about the features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Stay up-to-date with Real Estate market trends, laws, and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire buying or selling process

- Office tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or in the process of getting it - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and Real Estate administrative processes is desirable
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
