Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and nurture leads from our quality lead system.
- Arrange and conduct home showings and property inspections.
- Provide advice and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the best price under optimal conditions.
- Keep and update listings of available properties.
- Develop networks and work together with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Stay up-to-date about Real Estate markets and best practices.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Quick problem-solving ability and capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
- Real Estate Agent’s or broker’s license/In the process of obtaining
