Job Description: Are you a go-getter with a passion for Real Estate or a strong desire to break into the industry? Century21 Scope Realty is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents. No prior experience is necessary – we are looking for individuals who are motivated, eager to learn, and have the drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Educate clients on the Real Estate market and the home buying/selling process.
- Generate and nurture clients through various channels.
- Conduct property tours and open houses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Stay updated on local Real Estate market trends and regulations.
Requirements:
- Completion of a 77-hour licensing course OR a current Real Estate license.
- No prior Real Estate experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated and results-driven.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the Real Estate industry.
- Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
