Job Description
We are an L.A Westside top-producing Real Estate team. We are often featured in Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Business Journal, Variety Showbiz Real Estate Elite, etc for our performance. Our team is made up of a couple senior agents/partners, licensed buyer & showing agents, a director of marketing, full time content creator, and the director of operations. We are highly accomplished and very well respected throughout the industry. The following is what we need in our new director of operations:
- You will be the hub of the organization that ensures the smooth execution of every client transaction from start to finish.
- You will be interacting with the agents on a daily basis and you will be a key reason why the agents earn a 5-star review from every client.
- You will be a key contributor to the overall success of the team
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of emails, calls, team schedules, and databases
- Write contracts for listings, purchase offers, counteroffers, etc.
- File and transaction management to stay on top of all escrows and current business
- Coordinate with the marketing team for the execution of listing launches and ongoing marketing efforts
- Manage the accounting of all business-related expenses
- Create agendas for weekly team meetings
- Onboard new team members and train them on all team systems
- Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of the team operations manual with team systems and performance standards
- Attend Real Estate coaching calls and conferences with the team leader to help with the implementation of new systems, marketing ideas, goals, planning, and accountability
The ideal candidate
- Comes with a minimum of 3+ years of Real Estate and/or escrow experience and has no desire to be an actual Real Estate agent
- Has the ability to perform 95% of the job without any supervision and works well under pressure and critical deadlines
- Is obsessed with the accuracy of data and has high attention to detail
- Presents strong customer service skills
- Has extraordinary organizational and planning skills
- Is a lifelong learner and is open to learning new technologies and systems
- Believes that a team always outperforms an individual
We are a small but powerhouse group on the Westside in the residential market. We average about 50 transactions a year and they range from super high-end to entry level places and a lot in between. We operate out of a very well respected brokerage and have a very nice office where the team works together.
