Administrative Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the management team - Oversee printers and postage machine - Order and stock supplies for the kitchen and copy room
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Assist with data input for various reports.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Answer phone calls and emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Assist with credit card reconciliations and other accounting related tasks
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to our team and visitors

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

This part-time position consists of 25 hours weekly (flexible days and hours during our normal business operations). We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
