Applicants MUST have previous experience as a Real Estate assistant or admin! Please do not apply if you have no experience and/or are not local to the Studio City area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-In charge of setting all appointments and calendars and/or sending reminders
-In charge of scheduling inspections, photos, appraisals, etc.
-In charge of all social media marketing, posting and updating with Instagram and Facebook
-Organizing and printing reports for door knocking and Top Producer
-In charge of all marketing letters/post cards for potential sellers (drafting, printing, mailing)
-Hand written letters for prospects/current clients
-In charge of drafting listing contracts and sending opening escrow emails with all related parties
-Communicating with Buyers and Sellers regarding updates on their escrows
-Communicating with buyer, seller, escrow, lender, and other vendors as needed
-Tracking deadlines
-Property visits, showings, writing property descriptions, etc.
-Proficient with C.A.R. Forms, PFar and The MLS
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be LOCAL to Studio City Area!!!
-Organized and detail oriented
-Must be able to prioritize daily tasks efficiently
-Excellent verbal/written communication skills and etiquette
-Excellent spelling and grammar skills
-Ability to multi-task & work in a faced paced environment
-Wearing different hats as needed and being flexible
-Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
-Photoshop experience a plus
-Knowledge in social media outlets including Instagram, Facebook, Linkdin, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
