Compensation:
$75,000 yearly (Base + Bonus)
Responsibilities:- Complete paperwork for all Real Estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the Real Estate industry
- Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough

- Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
- Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the Real Estate team
- Must have experience with Real Estate CRMs
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- License for Real Estate is preferred but not required
- Communicates well, both verbally and written
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry or as an office manager
- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
