Customer Service/ Administrative Assistant

Our firm is growing, and we are looking for an administrative professional to help us in our journey. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Rochester, Minnesota with some work from home flexibility for a Client Services Manager/ Administrative Professional.  The role will involve overseeing client services, managing administrative tasks, and interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met.  The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can excel both in team and individual settings.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience 
• 2+ years of experience in a client services or administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing projects
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
