- Support Legal Executives.
- Manage department and individual calendars, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and arranging conference calls.
- Arrange travel, accommodations and other logistics pertaining to travel as requested.
- Periodic support with SEC filing process.
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and PowerPoint decks.
- Manage and execute mailings, notarizations, and procurement of apostilles.
- Maintain and process outside counsel billing management system.
- Monitor and maintain department subscriptions.
- Process purchase requisitions and orders, generate expense reports, and process invoices.
- Manage and support Board material creation and distribution and serve as primary recordkeeper for Board minutes and other records.
- Respond to inside and outside audit requests.
- Provide support for the company’s Whistleblower hotline.
- Handle sensitive material at high level of confidentiality.
- Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, including arranging space, food, beverage, and meeting materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational/prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication.
- Detail orientated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced understanding of office management practices.
- Extremely proficient with MS Office.
- Familiarity with legal terminology.

- The targeted base pay range for this role is: $70000 to $110000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
