You will manage administrative aspects of the transaction from listing to close ensuring our clients that are selling their property have the best possible experience. This includes communicating with our seller clients, data verification and input, and facilitating the launch of a new property into our database. This also requires you to be able to communicate with team members about scheduling tasks and providing feedback to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and love working with people. Basic Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms including but not limited to facebook, instagram, linkedin and others.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
- Real estate office experience is a plus
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment
