SalaryBi-lingual Receptionist/Admin assistant needed for high call volume law firm in Arlington with 11 attorneys. Must be able to answer multiple phone lines at one time, greet clients and customers as they come in. Receptionist may be asked to assist with additional office support such as sorting and scanning mail and faxes. Receptionist is responsible for making a positive first impression on all guests that call or visit the office. Must be a team player, personable, outgoing, pleasant and professional.
