Looking for a motivated new Dental Admin / Front desk ! Must be a punctual, dependable, self-starter, able to work a fast pace practice and friendly. Looking for a minimum of one year in the dental field, experience in a hygiene based practice is a plus.
Proficiency in Open Dental software mandatory and Billing/Insurance verification knowledge.
The office part of small group that is completely doctor owned. Based on performance opportunities may arise for continued promotion as group needs dictate. Key areas of focus are punctuality and ability to work well with others. Core team has been together for years and we are looking for someone to join our family.
Office has 4 days per week. Monday (11 AM - 7 PM), Tuesday(11 AM - 7 PM) , Wednesday(7 AM - 3 PM) and Friday (7 AM - 3 PM) . Expanded duty assistant position includes
- Drive Office Production
- Patient Scheduling
- Some Billing & Collections
