Compensation

$3000/Month + Commissions

$3,000 monthly + Commissions

• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Follow up with warm prospective seller leads via phone, email, and other forms of communications
• Qualify the incoming leads and quickly schedule in-person listing appointments for our Listing Agents
• Call our team’s past clients to maintain an ongoing relationship
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
• Update the company’s CRM with notes to ensure the team has up-to-date information regarding the lead
• Assess comparable, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks
• Prepare letters of intent, Real Estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of Real Estate transactions and market trends
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport with and overcoming objections from clients

Qualifications

• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
• +1 years of experience as a Real Estate specialist in Real Estate Acquisitions, land acquisition, or Real Estate sales is highly desired
• Must be driven and passionate about Real Estate asset selling and goal-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
