Real Estate Agent

Leads and tool systems that result in listing and sales. Position does require that applicant currently have their Real Estate License in good standing within the state they reside.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling and Renting. If you have a passion for Real Estate and excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Collaborate with other Real Estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys
- Stay updated on Real Estate laws and regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate law and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client populations
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, documents, and reports
- Ability to effectively market properties and communicate with potential buyers or renters

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
