Compensation:$60,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities:- Call off-market sales opportunities that we have acquired
- Negotiate the purchase offer agreement
- Schedule on-site inspection of property condition
- Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
- Promptly return all client phone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service
- Cold calling/sales experience
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate-specific CRM to ensure proper documentation and uphold confidentiality
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate with Sellers, Buyers, Investors, Escrow and Lenders in a professional manner
- Follow up with new, existing and past clients in a timely manner
- Some Real Estate experience is required
