Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree (or equivalent) in a related field
- Minimum three years experience as a lead Medication Aide
- Must be able to respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents’ rights
- Must be adept at all skills necessary to provide ADL in service to care staff, including: the ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and the ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
- Must have outstanding written and oral skills
- Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all Resident Care functions
- Must possess a working, current knowledge of State ALF/RCF OARs
