POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst responsible for providing support for all employees and ARA customers. This support will be provided through provided systems to include a Service Desk Application, phone, email and instant messaging. They are responsible for training and supporting Specialists in the department on issues.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works directly with our Radiologists to maintain the systems and applications required for their workload and maintain a constantly high level of customer satisfaction with this group.
- Monitoring the high priority queues for specialized employees, customers and escalations from Specialists.
- Entering tickets into the Service Desk.
- Understands the Service Level Agreements between the operations group and customers.
- Effectively resolves issues that pertain to IT services, ensuring customers are aware of progress and time frame of resolution.
- Triages incidents entered into the Service Desk Application effectively; escalating and reassigning tickets to other members of the Service Delivery Team if there is not a solution or resolution available.
- Ensures issues are resolved within our service level agreements and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Gathers, diagnoses, researches and follows up with all customer issues through resolution.
- Maintains a working knowledge of a wide range of computer applications and systems, as well as specific procedures.
- Documents new problems and solutions and communicates with coworkers.
- If tasked to be a Subject Matter Expert, responsibilities will include maintaining all documentation for that Subject in the Knowledge Database.
- Able to drive the ARA provided vehicle to locations under support.
- Available for after-hours support if required.
- Available to work on-call on a rotation schedule.
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED. One or more years of experience in help desk/desktop support environment required. Experience in a Healthcare environment preferred. A+ certification or other Microsoft certifications preferred.
- Effective and well-developed leadership, planning, analytical, communications, technical and decision making skills
- Ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results
- Highly motivated with great organizational skills
- Demonstrates appropriate customer service attitudes and services in a variety of work settings
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and presentation software
- Demonstrates a results orientation for delivering appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete and timely fashion
- Must be skilled in written and verbal communications, requiring the ability to read and write effectively and efficiently

The hourly range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00.
