Job Summary:

The Quick Service Restaurants, (QSR) Culinary Person, in our Quick Service Restaurants, provide food and beverage to Guests throughout our Theme Parks in a fast-paced environment, interacting with Guests every day by sharing information, answering questions and providing great Guest Service.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:The QSR Culinary Person will provide food and beverage offerings to Guests throughout our Theme Parks in a fast-paced environment, interacting with Guests every day by sharing information, answering questions and providing outstanding Guest Service.
Cast Members in Parks Food & Beverage will work a variety of locations based on operational and scheduling needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Works independently or as part of a team
- Works at a variety of both indoor and outdoor locations
- Requires constant interaction with Guests including answering questions, providing directions, event information and other services to help create a magical experience
- Should have cash handling capabilities and be able to count back accurate change (Food & Beverage Cashier)
- May assemble food orders and present to Guests, ensures that food presentation is fresh and up to quality standards
- Knowledge and understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines including temperature requirements
- Has good judgment of food quality and production, understands the impact of spoilage
- Responsible for maintaining work area-restocking and cleaning
- Excellent Hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a very fast paced environment, to own and resolve Guest situations
- Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work under pressure
- Receptive to special requests
- Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal direction)
- Flexible/adaptable, supportive of other cast working on your team
- Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
- Strong verbal communication skills
- This role is Part Time, and during non-peak season it requires availability including Friday evenings, full availability Saturday & Sunday, and weekday evenings for Special Events.
- Full availability is required during our peak periods, including Summer, Christmas, Spring Break, and Holiday Weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience; understanding of Quick Service environment
- Previous cash handling experience in fast-paced environments
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.

The pay rate for this role in California is $21.25 per hour.
