Customer Service Associate

Quick Signs has been a leader in the signs, banners, & graphics industry since 1988. We utilize state-of-the-art computer-aided sign-making equipment that produces full-color indoor and outdoor graphics. We are a small, cohesive team that works towards offering our customers a pleasant ordering experience and being proud of producing quality signs on time.

The Role: We seek a Customer Service professional genuinely interested in providing an exceptional customer experience. Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of print file requirements and knowledge of sign and banner printing terminology: CMYK, spot colors, signage materials, finishings, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• In-store interaction with our customers demonstrating sign options and materials.
• Provide quotations and process orders for signs, vehicle graphics, and other products we offer.
• Answer phones and assist customers with questions about their sign projects.
• Respond to email inquiries.
• In-store sales, including front desk welcoming and discussing the benefits of ordering with Quick Signs with customers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage production workflow to meet deadlines.

Optional tasks can include:

• Assistance with various office administration tasks, including invoicing and deposits.
• Small typesetting projects.
• Book-keeping assistance including A/P and A/R.

Requirements:

• Print shop and Signage Experience.
• High school equivalent or above.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
