Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various store operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns
- Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Provide product recommendations and technical sales support to customers
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with proper phone etiquette
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system
- Bilingual skills in Spanish is a plus
- Basic knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
