Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor at Maya Builders Inc. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day cost management, cost control, cost planning, cost reporting, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Qualifications

• Cost Control and Cost Management skills
• Ability to prepare, review and manage BOQs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Understanding of project management principles and practices
• Proficiency in relevant software programs such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Relevant certification such as RICS or PQS is a plus

Requirements

• 2-3 Years of relevant QS, Cost Control Experience
• General QS knowledge and exposure (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural etc)
• Familiarity doing QS/Cost Control for Retail projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
