Job Summary:
The Quality Manager ensures staff readiness and adherence to quality standards, overseeing Quality Supervisors, conducting root cause analysis, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth metal flow through daily disposition using defect catalog and SAP.
- Analyze data to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance runability.
- Conduct root cause analyses for quality issues.
- Perform process and quality audits to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update the QMS, including training operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Lead quality enhancements using statistical tools.
- Ensure quality monitoring devices meet standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Two or more years of industrial experience.
- Statistical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work off-shifts and weekends.
