Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This is a critical role in our organization, as quality is of utmost importance to us.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Manage projects related to quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality systems
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Participate in the development and maintenance of quality documentation, such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and methodologies
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO standards
- Proficient in conducting quality inspections, audits, and statistical analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of quality control techniques, including root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and control plans
- Experience with implementing and maintaining quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
