Quality Engineer

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality systems, conduct inspections, improve business processes, increase production output, and drive continuous improvement efforts. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE

```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues

-Inspection, testing and validation, work in process, and finished goods to ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality system and customer specifications including the use of test equipment, gauges and other measurement devices.

-Complete internal audit of all processes yearly.

-Other duties as assigned.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics
- Participate in project management activities to ensure quality objectives are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance

```Qualifications```
- 5 years+ experience in automotive industry.

- Proven experience in Quality Engineering or related role
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and methodologies
- Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools
- Proficient in project management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
