Job Title: Quality Control Inspection

Reports to: Operations Manager
Primary Purpose: Manage our Quality Control process (counterfeit prevention of electronic components).
Essential Functions:
· Perform internal inspections on all parts that go through Chip 1 facility to assure the quality of our products to our customers
· Make sure all processes are followed to guarantee proper qualification of the products we offer to our customers
· Create/recreate processes to maximize results and implement changes when necessary to make sure all inspections are done in a timely manner and the process is fast and efficient
· Follow policies and procedures. Organize your daily workload to ensure high level of productivity
· Perform additional related duties as required

Qualifications:
· 1-2 years previous Quality Control experience (counterfeit prevention techniques and procedures) preferred
· 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a warehousing environment preferred · Working knowledge and use of Excel, Outlook, Word programs required
· Ability to follow Work Instruction and System Operating Procedures (SOPs) required
· Some college preferred
· 2-3 years previous electronic component distribution warehouse experience preferred
· Understands Quality Control procedures of electronic components and counterfeit prevention according to ISO: 9001 and ESD requirements preferred Familiarity with AS, ISO, and ESD standard preferred
· CRM experience preferred
· Hand on workbench testing and troubleshooting skills preferred
· Ability to read and understand Data Sheets preferred
· Reach truck and or AWP working knowledge preferred
· DOD, ITAR, ANSI familiarization preferred
Work Environment:
· Work primarily in a warehouse setting
· Working hours may include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates
Physical Requirements:
· This job may require working on feet up to 8 hours a day. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Candidate must be able to see in the normal visual range with or without correction and to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
